    i wish i saw this a month ago before we bought the l
    35 acres in alamosa,co that had no tree’s whats so ever.but the price was cheap,$28,000
    and the payments are 317.00 a month,i’m go to have to come out of retirement to pay for the property,the well,septic,and house i haveto put on it before next augest.because thats when i plan on moveing up there.to get out of this texas heat wave we’ve been haveing.i bought the land to retire on and farm on,and make a small gay and lesiben  family camp out ofthe rest of the property
